AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 19 - 140 OF THE FAYETTEVILLE
CODE OF ORDINANCES TO AUTHORIZE THE IMPOUNDMENT OF
MOTOR VEHICLES ILLEGALLY PARKED ON A PUBLIC STREET OR A
PUBLIC PARKING LOT DESIGNATED AS A TOW AWAY ZONE .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORSS OF THE CITY OF p
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS : IAICROFILMED
Section 1 , That Section 19 - 140 of the Fayetteville
Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by adding Paragraph ( 4 )
to read as follows :
( 4 ). When any vehicle is illegally parked on a public
street or a public parking lot designated by a sign or
by curb markings as a tow away zone .
