BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
SOF FAYETTEVILLEr ARKANSAS :
Section 1 , That Section 18 - 28 ( i ) of the Fayetteville
Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by adding the following :
The curb cut for a driveway shall be located a minimum
of 12 . 5 feet from the nearest property line ; provided ,
this requirement should not apply to a joint driveway
( a driveway providing access to two adjoining lots ) .
