BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE ITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS : a awri ijoua m
Section 1 . That Section 4 of Ordinance Number 2603 is
hereby amended to read as follows :
That Appendix A , Article 5 , Section X ( D ) of the
Fayetteville Code of Ordinances is hereby amended
by amending the last paragraph to read as follows :
"From centerline of public alley 10 feet . "
Section 2 . That Section 5 of Ordinance Number 2603 is
hereby amended to read as follows :
That Appendix A , Article 5 , Section XI ( D ) of the
Fayetteville Code of Ordinances is hereby amended
by amending the last paragraph to read as follows :
"From centerline of public alley 10 feet . "
