A CIRCUIT �RDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 8 - 18 OF THE FAYETTEVILLE
CODE OF ORDINANCES TO AMEND THE ELECTRICV fM6EE � �
PRESCRIBED THEREBY . i dME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Section 8 - 18 ( 1 ) ( a ) of the Fayetteville
Code of Ordinances is hereby amended to read as follows :
" ( a ) Meter loop service
(new or remodeled ) $ 10 . 00 "
Section 2 . That Section 8 - 18 ( 1 ) ( d ) of the Fayetteville
Code of Ordinances is hereby amended to read as follows :
" ( d ) Each additional opening
above ten ( 10 ) openings . . . . $ 0 . 20 "
Section 3 . That the last sentence in Section 8 - 18 ( 3 )
of the Fayetteville Code of Ordinances is hereby amended to read
as follows :
"The addit4onali lectrical permit fee shall be $ 10 . 00
for each floor -of the,`:bu}lding . "
Section 4 . That Section* 8 - 22 of the Fayetteville Code of
Ordinances is hereby repealed .
