MENT OF BONDS OF OFF - STREET PARKING DEVELOPMENTOF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS . � T � ED
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the Board of Directors hereby pledges
to Off- Street Parking Development District No . 1 of the City
of Fayetteville , Arkansas , net revenues from the public parking
lot located on the following described property :
Lots Eight ( 8 ) , Nine ( 9 ) , Ten ( 10 ) , Eleven ( 11 ) , Twelve
( 12 ) , Thirteen ( 13 ) , Fourteen ( 14 ) and Fifteen ( 15 ) ,
Block Twenty - Six ( 26 ) , of the Plat of the Original Town
( now City ) ) of Fayetteville , Arkansas .
Section 2 . The pledge of net parking revenues made in
Section 1 above shall continue until the total net revenues paid
over to said Off - Street Parking Development District No . 1 equals
,the costiof improvements constructed on the above - described
property by said District in 1979 and 1980 . At such time as the
total net parking revenues paid over to said District by the City
equals said cost , said pledge shall automatically cease .
Section 3 . Net revenues as used herein shall mean gross
revenues less the cost of operating , maintaining and equipping
the off - street parking lot located on the above - described property .
Section 4 . The aforesaid revenues , shall be collected by
the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , and the net revenues shall
be paid over to said Off - Street Parking Development District No . 1
periodically , but not less than quarterly .
Section 5 . That Section 2 ( c ) of Ordinance No . 2402 is
hereby repealed .
