Section 1 . That the Board of Directors hereby vacates
and abandons that portion of the existing utility easement
on the North side of Lot 7 , Block 11 , Regency North , Phase
J One ( 1 )- , described as follows :
Two ( 2 )- feet of equal and uniform width along the
South line of a platted 12 - 1/ 2 foot utility easement
on the North side of Lot 7 , Block 11 , Regency North ,
Phase One (1 ) . n
