AN ORDINANCE RE - ZONING THAT PROPERTY DESCRIBED
IN RE- ZONING PETITION NO . R80 - 5 FOR A PARCEL
CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY 2 . 07 ACRES LOCATED EAST
OF NORTH COLLEGE AVENUE , SOUTH OF REBECCA STREET ,
AND NORTH OF " COLLEGE PLACE " .

Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property is hereby changed as follows :
The East 100 feet of the following described property :
Part of Lot 1 , Block A , Maplewood Addition to the City
of Fayetteville , Arkansas , as perplat of said Maplewood
Addition of record in Plat Book at Page 119 of the
records of Washington County , Arkansas , described as
follows , to-wit : Beginning at the Northwest corner of
said Lot 1 , Block A and running thence East 300 feet ;
thence South 292 feet ; thence West 300 feet ; thence
North 292 feet to the place of beginning .
From R- 1 , Low Density Residential District , to R-O ,
Residential Office District .
Section 2 . That the zoning district map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas is hereby amended to reflect the zoning
change provided in Section 1 above .
