AN ORDINANCE WAIVING THE REQUIREMENTS OF COMPETITIVE
BIDDING FOR THE SALE OF ONE SPOOL OF OVERHEAD TRAFFIC SIGNAL
CONTROL CABLE ,
BEING ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the Board of Directors hereby waives
the requirements of competitive bidding for the sale of one
spool of overhead traffic signal control cable for the
reason that said requirements are not feasible for the sale
of said cable .
