LINE EASEMENT ACROSS PROPERTY OWNED BY. WQ'ZA�_ � "�� BLEFIELD
AND KATHERINE STUBBLEFIELD , HUSBAND ANb� itiTE ;i RALPH
STUBBLEFIELD , A SINGLE PERSON .
Be it ordained by the Board of Directors of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas : MaCROg+ ILMED
�� Section 1 . That the Board of Directors hereby vacates
and abandons the following described water and sewer line
easement ; -
A permanent easement of 25 feet in width , being
10 feet to the West and 15 feet to the East of
a centerline and a temporary construction easement
of 50 feet in width , being 25 feet on each side of
a centerline . The centerline of both easements
being the centerline of a 10 inch sewer line and
more particularly described as follows , to -wit :
Beginning at a point in the centerline of Stubblefield
Road , said point being 204 feet West of the centerline
of Old Missouri Road , and running thence S 41 ° 06 '
W 353 feet , thence S 10 ° 49 ' W , 178 feet , thence
S 44 ° 24 ' W , 292 feet , thence S 00 ° 42 ' E , 635 feet , ,
thence S 30 ° 54 ' W , 278 feet , thence S 12 ° 44 ' E ,
410 feet to a point in the South line of the above
described real estate , said point being 235 feet
West of the Old Missouri Road .
