SOUTH OF ARKANSAS HIGHWAY 45 EAST , 1320 FEET WEST OF
CROSSOVER ROAD .

Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property is hereby changed as follows :
R80 - 3 Described as follows : A part of the SW 1/4
of the SE - 1/4 of Section 2 , Township 16 North ,
Range 30 West , Washington County , Arkansas , being
more particularly described as follows :
Beginning at a point on the East line of the SW 1/4
of the SE 1/ 4 of said Section 2 , said point of beginning
being 160 feet South of the right-of-way line of State
Highway 45 , thence South 260 . 7 feet , thence West 757
feet , thence North 260 . 7 feet , thence East 757 feet to
the Point of Beginning and containing 4 . 5 acres ,
more or less .
From R- 1 , Low Density Residential District , to R- 2 ,
Medium Density Residential District .
Section 2 . That the zoning district map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , is hereby amended to reflect the zoning
change provided in Section 1 above .
