That Appendix A , Article 7 , Section7of �� 11, �% the Fayetteville Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by adding paragraph ( c ) to read as follows : ( c ) In an R- 1 zone , a child care facility may be approved as a conditional use for no more than ten children , or the number of children approved by the State Licensing Board , whichever is fewer . Section 2 . That Appendix A , Article 17 , of the Fayetteville Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by adding the following to the definition of the term "home occupation" . The term home occupation shall include a child care facility handling not more than six children at one time . PASSED AND APPROVED this day of 1980 .
