BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY 01F'Rk
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Appendix A , Article 5 , Section V ( D) of
the Fayetteville Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by deleting
the following : �/� � �+ �

Section 2 . That Appendix A , Article 5 , Section VI ( D ) of
the Fayetteville Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by deleting
the following :
" From center line of public easement 20 feet "
Section 3 . That Appendix A , Article 5 , Section VII ( D) of
the Fayetteville Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by amending
the last paragraph to read as follows :

Section 4 . That Appendix A , Article 5 , Section X (D) of the
Fayetteville Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by amending the
last paragraph to read as follows :
