BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF® FILMED
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Section 20 - 33 . 4 ( a ) ( 1 ) of the Fayetteville
Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by amending the rate table
in the first paragraph of said section to read as follows :

Section 2 . That Section 20 - 33 . 7 of the Fayetteville Code
of Ordinances is hereby amended by amending the second sentence
in said section to read as follows :
"An additional charge of fifty cents ( $ 0 : 50 ) may be made
for each passenger who is more than six ( 6 ) years of age
and who is going to the same destination and is a member
of a business or social group on a joint mission with the
person paying the fare . "
