NOW THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS : Section 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , hereby releases , vacates , and abandons all of its rights , together with the rights of the public generally , subject to the reservation of utility easements in and to the following described street : Beginning at the southwest corner of Block 3 of the replat of Blocks 1 - 16 Westwood Addition , thence east 150 feet to the southeast corner of said Block 3 ; thence south 60 feet to the northeast corner of Lot 1 , Block 6 of said replat of Blocks 1 - 16 , Westwood Addition ; thence west 150 feet to the northwest corner of said Lot 1 ; thence north 60 feet to the point of beginning .
