Section 1 . That Section 21 - 26 (b ) of the Fayetteville
Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by adding paragraph ( 4)
to read as follows :
( 4 ) The rate of $ 6 . 50 per month shall be charged to
sewer customers whose water is not furnished by the
waterworks system of the City .
