WHEREAS , the Board of Directors has the aut&M''to " � � AR

not required for corporate purposes ; and fit++f�I
WHEREAS , the Board of Directors has determined that the
following described alley is not required for corporate
purposes .
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS
Section 1 . That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas ,
hereby releases , vacates and abandons all of its rights ,
together with the rights of the public generally subject to
the reservation of utility easements in and to the following
described street :
Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 18 of Block 6
of the original plat of the town (now City ) of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas ; thence west to the southeast corner of Lot 17
of said Block 6 ; thence North 311 feet along the east
boundary line of said Lot 17 , and Lots 14 , 11 and 10 ;
thence east to a point on the west boundary line of Lot
9 of said Block 6 ; thence south 311 feet along the west
boundary line of said Lot 9 , and Lots 12 , 13 , and 18 to
the southwest corner of said Lot 18 , said point being
the point of beginning .
Section 2 . As a condition to the abandonment of the
above described alley , the City of Fayetteville hereby
reserves a utility easement on , over and across the above
described alley . Said utility easement shall be for the use
of the City of Fayetteville , and all public utility companies
and cable television companies providing public utility
service and cable television service within the City of
Fayetteville , and shall be for the purpose of constructing ,
maintaining , repairing and reconstructing public utility
lines and cable television lines .
