BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property is hereby changed as follows :
R 80 - 1 described as follows : -IfICIR 0r
A part of the SW 1 / 4 of the SE 1 / 4 of Sec . 2 ,
T- 16 - N , R- 30 -W , Fayetteville , Washington County ,
Arkansas , being more particularly described as
follows : Beginning at a point on the South
right - of-way line of State Highway 45 , said point
being on the East line of the SW 1 / 4 of the SE 1 / 4
of said Section 2 ; thence West along said right - of-
way 757 . 17 feet ; thence South 160 feet , thence East
757 . 17 feet ; thence North 160 feet to the point of
beginning and containing 2 . 78 acres , more or less .
From R- 1 , Low density residential , District to R- 2 ,
Medium density residential , district .
Section 2 . That the zoning district map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas is hereby amended to reflect the
zoning change provided in Section 1 above .
