BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property is hereby changed as follows :
R 79 - 32 described as follows : Lot 1 , Block 2 ,
McCrimmons Addition less and except 10 feet of
d equal and uniform width off the North side of
said lot 1 from R- 2 , Medium Density Residential ,
District to C- 3 , Central Commercial District .
Section 2 . That the zoning district map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas is hereby amended to reflect the
zoning change provided in Section 1 above . _ p
