BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Section 9 - 8 of the Fayetteville Code
of Ordinances entitled " Restriction on Delivery or Transfer
of Gasoline and other Volatile Liquids " is hereby repealed .
