Section 1 . That the Board of Directors hereby vacates and
abandons all of the rights of the City and of the public
generally in and to the following described utility easement :
Twenty ( 20 ) feet of equal and uniform width along
the south boundary of lot 7A in Bassett Place
Addition , as per plan of said addition on file
in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex officio
recorder of Washington County , Arkansas .
