AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT OF INGRESS ANP (EGA4 00
ACROSS LOT 15 IN CUMMINGS - GOFF SUBDIVISION .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CTTT �F Tr 2
OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS : �41r4�1/`
Section 1 . That the Board of Directors hereby vacates
and abandons all of the rights of the City and of the public
in general to an easement of ingress and egress across Lot
15 in Cummings - Goff Subdivision granted in right- of-way
grant recorded in Book 744 at Page 444 of the Deed Records
of Washington County , Arkansas .
