FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS , DESCRIBED IN REZONING PETITION NO ,
R79 - 25 FOR A PARCEL CONTAINING 45 ACRES LOCATED NORTH OF THAT
PORTION OF SYCAMORE STREET IN GILES ADDITION AND WEST OF U . S .
HIGHWAY 71 .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
