BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the Board of Directors hereby waives the
requirements of competitive bidding for the purchase of hydrated
lime for 12 months because said requirements are not feasible
in that suppliers will not give firm bids .
