BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the
following described property is hereby changed as follows :
R- 79 - 20 described as follows :
Lots 2 and 3 of Block 41 of Original Town to the City
of Fayetteville , Arkansas , as per plat on file in the
office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex- Officio Recorder of
Washington County , Arkansas .
R- 79 - 21 described as follows :
A part of Block Numbered Forty One ( 41 ) in the Original
Town (now city ) of Fayetteville , Arkansas , described as
beginning at the Northeast Corner of said Block and running
thence West 80 feet , thence South 185 feet , thence East to
the East line of said block and thence North on said
line to the place of beginning , except eighty ( 80 ) feet
of equal and uniform width off the South side of said lot
heretofore conveyed to R . K . Hodges , and more particularly
described in Deed Record Book 223 at Page 281 .
From R- 0 Residential Office District to C - 3 Central
Commercial District .
Section 2 . That the zoning district map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas is hereby amended to reflect the zoning
change provided in Section 1 above .
