That Appendix A , Article 8 , SectionPli2of the Fayetteville Code of Ordinances is hereby amendeg;$' �ia iQ Paragraph ( G ) to read as follows : x . p D N (G ) FEE . THe developer shall be required to pay ^` O a filing fee of $ 50 . 00 to cover the cost of expenses incurred in connection with processing the planned unit development . Section 2 . That Appendix A , Article 9 , Section 6 ( a) of the Fayetteville Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by adding the following : The applicant shall be required to pay a filing fee of $ 30 . 00 to cover the cost of expenses incurred in connection with processing such application . Section 3 . That Appendix A , Article 10 , Section 2 of the Fayetteville Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by amending the final paragraph in said section to read as follows : The applicant shall be required to pay a filing fee of $ 25 . 00 to cover the cost of publishing and mailing notices and such other expenses as may be incurred in connection with processing such appeal or application . Section 4 . That Appendix A , Article 12 , Section 1 ( a) of the Fayetteville Code of Ordinances is hereby amended to read as follows : ( a ) FEE . Any private party or parties desiring a zoning change shall pay a fee of $ 60 . 00 to the Planning Administrator to cover the cost of public notices and such other expenses as may be incurred in connection with processing the rezoning petition . Section 5 . The Board of Directors hereby determines that the fees presently charged to file petitions for rezonings , PUDs , variances , and conditonal use permits are insufficient to defray the administrative costs incurred in processing said petitions ; that said inadequate fees hinder the effective administration of the City ' s zoning ordinance ; and that effective administration of the City ' s zoning ordinance is necessary for the public health , safety and welfare . Therefore , an emergency is hereby declared 332 oAT°F_- �� to exist', and this Ordinance being necessary for the public health , safety , and welfare shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage .
