BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
G FAYETTEVILLE :
Section 1 . That 3 - 70 of the Fayetteville Code of
Ordinances is hereby amended to read as follows :
Section 3 - 70 . Sale of beer or light wines prohibited
between certain hours .
It shall be unlawful for any person to sell beer or light
wines on Sunday or between 1 : 00 a . m . and 7 : 00 a . m . on
weekdays .
