BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF

Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property is hereby changed as follows :

A part of the SE4 of the SW4 and a part of the
SW-14 of the SE-14 of Section 23 , and a part of the
NE4 of the NW-14 and a part of the NW4 of the NE4
of Section 26 , in Township 17 North , Range 30 West
in the City of Fayetteville , Washington County ,
Arkansas , more particularly described as follows :
Beginning at a point which is N 00 46 ' W 1135 . 14
feet and N 890 08 ' W 658 . 3 feet from the SE
corner of the NW4 of the NE4 of said Section
26 ; thence N 00 46 ' W 473 . 2 feet ; thence S 890
