SIDES OF SOUTH GREGG AVENUE BETWEEN CENTER STREET AND PRAIRII"
STREET ; AND AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property is hereby changed as follows :
R 79 - 15 described and set out in Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and made a part hereof .
From I - 1 Heavy Commercial and Light Industrial District
to R- 1 Low Density Residential District .
Section 2 . That the zoning district map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas is hereby amended to reflect the zoning
change provided in Section 1 above .
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS DAY OF 1979 .
