R 79 - 14 FOR A PARCEL CONTAINING 1 . 17 ACRES LOCATED ON THE
EAST SIDE OF FRISCO AVENUE BETWEEN ADAMS AND PROSPECT STREETS ;
AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property is hereby changed as follows :
Lots 6 through 21 , block 3 , Mitchell Addition to the
City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , as per plat of said
addition on file with the Circuit Clerk and Ex Officio
Recorder of Washington County , Arkansas .
From I- 1 Heavy Commercial and Light Industrial district
to R- 2 Medium Density Residential district .
Section 2 . That the zoning district map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas is hereby amended to reflect the zoning
change provided in Section 1 above .
