AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 6 , SECTION XV ( B ) OF APPENDIX
A TO THE FAYETTEVILLE CODE OF ORDINANCES TO ADD " PICTURE FRAMING ,
RETAIL " AS A PERMITTED USE IN UNIT XV AND IN THE C - 1 , NEIGHBORHOOD
COMMERCIAL , ZONING DISTRICT .
BE IT ORDAINED BY the Board of Directors of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas :
Section 1 . That Article 6 , Section XV ( B ) of Appendix
A to the Fayetteville Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by
adding the following :
