BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THECftVl RERHR
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Article 5 , Section VIII ( D) of Appendix
A to the Fayetteville Code of Ordinances is hereby amended
to read as follows :
( D) Bulk and Area Regulations
Setback lines shall meet the following minimum requirements :
From street R- O -W (when adjoining A or R Districts ) 50 '
From street R- O- W (when adjoining C , I , F or P Dist . ) 25 '
Side (when adjoining A or R Districts ) 50 '
Side (when adjoining C , I , F or P Districts ) 10 '
Rear (when adjoining A or R Districts ) 25 '
Rear (when adjoining C , I , F or P Districts ) 10 '
Section 2 . That Article 5 , Section VIII ( E ) of the Fayetteville
Code of Ordinances is hereby repealed .
Section 3 . That Article 5 , Section IX ( D) of Appendix
A to the Fayetteville Code of Ordinances is hereby amended to
read as follows :
( D) Bulk and Area regulations .
Setback lines shall meet the following minimum requirements :
From street R- O -W (when adjoining A or R Districts ) 100 '
From street R- O- W (when adjoining C , I , F or P Dist . ) 50 '
Side (when adjoining A or R Districts ) 50 '
Side (when adjoining C , I , F or P Districts ) 25 '
Rear ( all Districts ) 25 '
Section 4 . That Article 5 , Section IX (E ) of the Fayetteville
Code of Ordinances is hereby repealed .
