AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO . 2495
TO CORRECT AN ERROR IN THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF THE
PROPERTY REZONED THEREBY .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Section 1 of Ordinance No . 2495 is
hereby amended to provide that the property described
therein is rezoned from R- 2 , Medium Density Residential
District to R- 0 , Residential- Office , District .

1979 .
