AN ORDINANCE REZONING THAT PROPERTY DESGAXYJj . �l/
REZONING PETITION R79 - 13 FOR A PARCEL CONTAINING 0 . ACRES
LOCATED ON THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF STORER AVENUE AND NORTH
STREET ; AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF FAYETTEVILLE ,
ARKANSAS ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property is hereby changed as follows :
Lots 11 and 12 , Block 1 (834 W . North St . ) and the
West 50 feet of Lots 1 and 2 , Block 1 ( 820 W . North St . )
of College Addition to the City of Fayetteville ,
Washington County , Arkansas .
From R- 2 , Medium Density Residential District , to R- 0 , Residential
Office District .
Section 2 . That the zoning district map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas is hereby amended to reflect the
zoning change provided in Section 1 above .
