AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 4 , SECTION 2 OF A P '��,YfRAR�I •
A TO THE FAYETTEVILLE CODE OF ORDINANCES TO EXEMPT NONCON RM-
ING LOTS CONTAINING MORE THAN ONE EXISTING PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE
FROM THE PROHIBITION PRESCRIBED THEREBY .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Article 4 , Section 2 of Appendix A
to the Fayetteville Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by
adding the following sentence to the second paragraph :
The prohibition prescribed hereby shall not apply to
a nonconforming lot on which a principal structure existed
on the effective date of adoption of this ordinance and
which adjoins a nonconforming lot on which a principal
structure existed on the effective date of the adoption of
this ordinance .
