AN ORDINANCE REZONING THAT PROPERTY IN THE CI"T_&/g0 , ; 3y
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS , DESCRIBED IN REZONING GCE51� y - ARf�
R79 - 12 FOR A PARCEL CONTAINING 21 . 58 ACRES LOCATED AT E( epyFR
SOUTHWEST CORNER OF DEANE SOLOMON ROAD AND MOORE LANE ;
AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property is hereby changed as follows :
R79 - 12 Tract I described as follows :
300 feet of equal and uniform width along the North
side of the following described property and 309 feet
of equal and uniform width along the West side of the
following described property : Beginning at a point
4 chains West of the NE corner of Sec . 6 , T- 16 - N ,
R- 30 -W , and running thence East 4 chains and 69 links ,
thence South 3 chains and 30 links , thence West 4 chains
and 69 links , thence North 3 chains and 30 links to
the place of beginning . Also an easement in a roadway
10 feet wide off the North side of said NW Fr . 1 / 4
Section 5 , beginning at the NE corner of the above
described tract and extending East 27 . 31 chains . Also
a part of the S 1 / 2 of the SW 1 / 4 of Sec . 33 , T- 17 -N ,
R- 30 - W , described as follows : Beginning at a point
which is 20 rods East of the SW corner of said 80 acre
tract , and running thence East 80 rods ; thence North
40 rods ; thence West 80 rods ; thence South 40 rods to
the place of beginning ; containing in all of the above
described tracts of land 21 . 58 acres , subject to a 10
foot roadway reserved on the South side of the said
last described tract .
From A- 1 , Agricultural District to R- 2 , Medium Density
Residential District .
R79 - 12 Tract II described as follows :
Beginning at a point 4 chains West of the NE corner of
Sec . 6 , T- 16 - N , R- 30 - W , and running thence East 4 chains
and 69 links , thence South 3 chains and 30 links ,
thence West 4 chains and 69 links , thence North 3 chains
and 30 links to the place of beginning . Also an easement
in a roadway 10 feet wide off the North side of said
NW Fr . 1 / 4 Section 5 , beginning at the NE corner of the

North 40 rods ; thence West 80 rods ; thence South 40
rods to the place of beginning ; containing in all of
the above described tracts of land 21 . 58 acres , subject
to a 10 foot roadway reserved on the South side of the
said last described tract . Less and except 300 feet of
equal and uniform width off the North side of the above
described property and less and except 309 feet of
equal and uniform width off the West side of the above
described property .

District .
Section 2 . That the zoning district map of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas is hereby amended to reflect the zoning change pro -
vided in Section 1 above .
