AN ORDINANCE REZONING THAT PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN REZONING
PETITION R79 - 4 FOR A PARCEL CONTAINING 4 . 99 ACRES LOCATED ON
THE EAST SIDE OF DINSMORE TRAIL APPROXIMATELY 1 , 100 FEET NORTH
OF ARKANSAS HIGHWAY 62 WEST .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property is hereby changed as follows :
R79 - 4 described as follows :
Part of the Fractional SW 1 / 4 , NW 1 / 4 , Section 19 , T- 16 - N ,
R- 30 -W , described as beginning at the Northwest Corner of
said Fractional SW 1 / 4 , NW 1 / 4 , and running thence South
87 ° 56 ' 26 " East 658 . 86 feet ; thence South 00 ° 31' 54" West
330 . 0 feet ; thence North 87 ° 56 ' 26 " West 658 . 86 feet , thence
North 00 ° 31 ' 54" East 330 . 0 feet to the point of beginning ,
containing 4 . 99 acres , more or less .
From A- 1 , Agricultural District , to R- 1 , Low Density Resi -
dential District .
Section 2 . That the zoning district map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas is hereby amended to reflect the zoning
