1 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE C 7- I-L {
�xS FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . Effective March 1 , 1979 , Schedule "A" to
Ordinance No . 1808 , as amended , is hereby amended to prescribe
the following maximum monthly rates for residential cable
television service :
One service outlet $ 7 . 00
Second service outlet $ 1 . 75
Section 2 . Effective August 1 , 1980 , Section 14 of
Ordinance No . 1808 , as amended , is hereby amended to read
as follows :
The company is hereby authorized to establish rates
from time to time ; provided , rates may be increased
no more frequently than every fourteen months ; pro -
vided further , any rate increase on or after August 1 ,
1980 , shall be limited to an amount equivalent to not
more than eighty percent ( 80%) of the cost of living
increase , based upon the overall Consumer Price Index
determined by the U . S . Department of Labor , since
the last rate adjustment.
