AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 17 B - 6 ( e ) OF THE
FAYETTEVILLE CODE OF ORDINANCES TO AMEND THE SIZE OF PERMITTED
HOME OCCUPATION SIGNS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Section 17 B - 6 ( e ) of the Fayetteville
Code of Ordinances is hereby amended to read as follows :
( e ) Home occupation signs erected flat against the
wall and not exceeding three square feet .
