AN ORDINANCE AMENDING APPENDIX A TO THE FAYETTEFI L-LE' DODE., is

U CLINIC" AS AN INCLUDED USE IN USE UNITS 12 AND 25 .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Article 6 , Section XII ( B ) of the Fayetteville
Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by adding the following :
Veterinary small animal out - patient clinic .
Section 2 . That Article 6 , Section XXV ( B ) of Appendix A to
the Fayetteville Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by adding
the following :
Veterinary small animal out - patient clinic .
Section 3 . That Article 17 of Appendix A to the Fayetteville
Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by adding the following :
Veterinary small animal out- patient clinic . An office
where vaccination and treatment of small animals is
performed ; where no x- rays , surgery or treatments requiring
hospitalization are performed ; where no over- night boarding
is permitted ; and where no after - hours or weekend emergency
services are performed . p" " '
