AN ORDINANCE AMENDING APPENDIX A TO THE FAYETTEVILLE CODE
OF ORDINANCES TO PROVIDE THAT BOOKSTORES ARE AN INCLUDED USE IN
USE UNIT XV .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Article 6 , Section XV ( B ) of Appendix A
to the Fayetteville Code of Ordinances is hereby amended by
adding the following :
Bookstores .
