AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO . 2402 TO EXTEND THE
PLEDGE OF REVENUES FROM CERTAIN OFF - STREET PARKING LOTS IN THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS , TO THE RETIREMENT OF BONDS OF
OFF- STREET PARKING DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO . 1 OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Section 1 of Ordinance No . 2402 is hereby
amended to read as follows :
Section 1 . That net revenues from all off - street
parking lots set forth in Section 2 hereof are
hereby pledged until December 31 , 1981 , to retire
bonds to be issued by off- street parking development
district no . 1 on the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas .
Net revenues as used herein shall mean gross revenues
less the cost of operating and maintaining said parking
lots . / , .
