ON HAPPY HOLLOW ROAD APPROXIMATELY 100 FEET SOUTH OF 13th STREET .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property is hereby changed as follows :
R78 - 19 - described as follows : A part of the W 1 / 2 , SW 1 / 43
SE 1 / 4 , NW 1 / 4 , Section 23 , T- 16 - N , R- 30 - W , more particularly
described as follows : Commencing at a point which is 560 feet
North and 35 feet East of the Southwest corner of said five acre
tract ; thence running South 190 feet ; thence running East 105
feet ; thence running North 190 feet ; thence running West 105
feet to the point of beginning .
From I - 2 , General Industrial District , to C - 2 , Thoroughfare
Commercial District .
Section 2 . That the zoning district map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas is hereby amended to reflect the zoning
change provided in Section 1 above .
