AN ORDINANCE WAIVING THE REQUIREMENT THAT SIDEWALKS
BE INSTALLED IN PHASE OF I OF HYLAND PARK SUBDIVISION .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . The Board of Directors hereby waives the requirement
that sidewalks be installed in Phase I of Hyland Park Subdivision ;
provided , that an amount equivalent to the cost of constructing
sidewalks in accordance with the City ' s existing subdivision
regulations be spent by the Hyland Park Homeowner ' s Association
for landscaping and to increase safety precautions at the entrance
to said subdivision .
PASSED AND APPROVED this day of 1978 .
