AN ORDINANCE REZONING THAT PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN REZONING PETITION
R78 - 17B FOR A PARCEL CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY 1 . 0 ACRE LOCATED
ON THE NORTH SIDE OF EAST HUNTSVILLE ROAD BETWEEN HAPPY HOLLOW
ROAD AND RAY AVENUE .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property be , and is hereby changed as follows :
R78 - 17B described as follows :
A part of the NW 1 / 4 of the NE 1 / 4 of the NW 1 / 4
of Section 23 , T- 16 - N , R- 30 -W , of the Fifth Principal
Meridian , Washington County , Arkansas , and being more
particularly described as follows , to -wit :
Beginning at a point on the East right - of -way line of
Happy Hollow Road , said point being 123 . 70 ' South
of the NW corner of said 10 acre tract , thence South
103 . 50 ' , thence S 68 ° 09 ' E 113 . 10 ' , thence S 67 °
37 ' E 225 . 41 ' , thence North 125 . 0 ' , thence N 67 ° 37 '
20 " W 225 . 41 ' , thence North 14 . 23 ' , thence N 86 °

Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
necessary changes provided in Section 1 hereof .
Section 3 . All ordinances or parts thereof in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed .
Section 4 . That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after the time provided by law .
