AN ORDINANCE REZONING THAT PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN RE-
ZONING PETITION R78 - 16 FOR A PARCEL CONTAINING 0 . 24
ACRES LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF HAPPY HOLLOW ROAD
AND EAST THIRTEENTH STREET
. BE IT '�ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the
following described property be , and is hereby changed
as follows :
R78 - 16 described as follows :
A part of the West Half of the SW 1 / 4 of the SE 1 / 4
of the NW 1 / 4 of S - 23 T- 16 - N , R- 30 - W , more partic -
ularly described as follows , to -wit : Commencing at a
point which is 560 feet North and 35 feet East of the
Southwest corner of said five acre tract ; thence running
North 100 feet ; thence running East 105 feet ; thence
running South 100 feet ; thence running West 105 feet to the
Point of Beginning .
From I - 2 , General Industrial District to C - 2 ,
Thoroughfare Commercial District .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the
necessary changes provided in Section 1 hereof .
Section 3 . All ordinances or parts thereof in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed .
Section 4 . That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect- from and after the time provided by
law .
