AN ORDINANCE REZONING THAT PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN REZONING
R78 - 13 FOR A PARCEL CONTAINING 0 . 348 ACRES LOCATED ON THE
SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SOUTH BLOCK AVENUE AND ROCK STREET .
` BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
SFAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property be , and is hereby changed as follows :
R78 - 13 described as follows :
A part of Block 40 of the Original Town Plat of the
City of Fayetteville , Arkansas ; described as beginning
at the NE corner of Block 40 ; thence along the west
right - of -way of Block Street ; South 141 . 50 feet ; . thence
West 82 . 50 feet to a found Iron pin ; thence North 140 . 71
feet to the South right - of -way of Rock Street ; thence
along said right- of-way East 82 . 50 feet to the point of
beginning , Fayetteville , Washington County , Arkansas .
From R- O , . Residential Office- District to C - 2 , Thoroughfare
Commercial District ,
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate
the necessary changes provided in Section 1 hereof .
Section 3 . All ordinances or parts thereof in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed .
Section 4 . That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after the time provided by law .
