RCIIiT r•1 Ff; i� AN ORDINANCE REZONING THAT PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN REZONING PERTITION NO , 78 - 12 FOR A PARCEL CONTAINING 0 . 93 ACRES LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF WEST DICKSON STREET BETWEEN NORTHEAST AVENUE AND BLOCK AVENUE . NOW , THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS : Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following described property be , and is hereby changed as follows : R78 - 12 described as follows : A part of Lot Two in Block Two of the Original Town of Fayetteville (now city ) , Arkansas , described as follows , to -wit : Beginning at the South end of a rock wall which is 8 feet North of the Southwest corner of said lot Two and running thence North 172 feet and 6 inches , more or less , to the North end of said rock wall ; thence East 117 feet , more or less ; thence South 172 feet and 6 inches , more or less ; thence West 117 , more or less , to the point of beginning and known as the H . K . Wade and Katie E .
