BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE C1TN19F (F(A TTEVILLE ,
ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That Section 19-127 of the Fayetteville Code of Ordinances
is hereby amended by adding paragraph Cc ) to read as follows :
(c ) Any person violating the provisions of paragraph (b ) of this section
shall , upon conviction , be punished by a fine of not less than $2 . 00 for each
offense .
