CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF JAMES STREET AND MT . COMFORT
ROAD ; AMENDING THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP OF FAYETTEVILLE ,
ARKANSAS ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property be and is hereby changed as follows :
R78 - 6 described as follows :
Lots 6 , 8 , 9 , and 10 , McCormick Subdivision as per plat
of said addition on file in the office of the Circuit Clerk
and Ex- officio Recorder of Washington County , Arkansas .
From R- 2 , Medium Density Residential District , to C - 1 ,
Neighborhood Commercial , District .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , is hereby amended to reflect changes
provided in Section 1 hereof .
Section 3 . That all ordinances or parts thereof in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed .
Section 4 . That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after the time provided by law .
