AN ORDINANCE REZONING THAT PROPERTY IN THE CI'IE39S8 �A� ?/
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS , DESCRIBED IN REZONING PET .0 - 5 ,
FOR A 0 . 23 ACRE PARCEL LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF 0� S
WEST , 175 FEET WEST OF HILL AVENUE ; AMENDING THE Zd; . 7D, :'tjft
MAP OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the zone classification of the following
described property be , and is hereby changed as follows :
R78 - 5 described as follows :
Eighty two and 1 / 2 feet taken of equal width off the
East side of the following described land : Beginning
five chains and 46 links North of Southwest corner of
the Southeast 1 / 4 of Southwest 1 / 2 of Section 16 , T- 16 - N
of R- 30 - West , and running thence East six chains and forty
links , thence North three chains and fifty links to the
right - of -way of the St . Louis and San Francisco Railroad ;
thence Southwesterly with said right - of -way to a point
ten links North of the beginning point ; thence South to
the place of beginning , except a strip off the East end
of said tract 175 feet East and West , all located in the
City of Fayetteville .
From I - 1 , Heavy Commercial and Light Industrial District to
R- 3 , high Density Residential District .
Section 2 . That the official zoning map of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkanas , be and is hereby amended to the extent
and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the neces -
sary changes provided in Section 1 hereof .
Section 3 . All ordinances or parts thereof in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed .
Section 4 . That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the time provided by law .
